The product information (photos, descriptions, contact details, etc.) of the webshop can be browsed by any visitor without registration, without login or with end-user registration and login, retail prices can be viewed on the site.

The etights.eu webshop informs its Customers / Clients that the orders placed in the webshop are considered as a so-called remote contract according to the Government Decree 45/2014, where the contract is concluded by the Parties within the electronic framework provided by the webshop and with the data provided therein, without their simultaneous physical presence - i.e. the placed order is considered as a contract on the part of the Customer and the confirmed order on the part of the webshop.

Selection of products

The customer has the possibility to choose and order products from the store. By clicking on the selected product, the Customer can view a more detailed description of the product. If the Customer wishes to purchase a product, he/she adds it to a virtual shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. By clicking on the "View" button of the shopping cart, you will find the products added to the shopping cart, the total amount of the invoice and the default shipping cost (the shipping method can be changed later in the shopping cart process according to individual needs). In the Shopping Cart, Buyers can check the correctness of their order, in particular with regard to prices and quantities, which they can modify or correct as required. The shopping cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order. You can only purchase products with the status "In Stock".

Product features, product information

The etights.eu webshop provides detailed textual and photographic information on the essential characteristics of the products in a searchable and filterable form, in clear and plain language. The uploading of products and product information is continuous, so data may change during working hours. The online shop will do its utmost to provide detailed and accurate information to Buyers, but cannot be held liable for any typographical errors or temporary inaccuracies due to possible errors in electronic uploading. The consumer prices (total amount plus tax) are clearly indicated next to the products, as well as any periodic discounts and, where applicable, package offers. The delivery methods and costs for the products are indicated at several points during the electronic checkout process and the Customer can choose the delivery and payment method that suits him/her. The expected delivery time of the products (which depends on the chosen payment and delivery method) is indicated at several points during the electronic checkout process, so that the Customer can choose the method that suits him/her best.

Submit your order (Place an order)

If you are happy with the quantity of products in your basket, have checked the total amount and decided you want to buy them, simply click on the "Checkout" button.  By clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, the customer selects the details required for the order and delivery. Placing an order will incur a payment obligation, so please only finalise your order if you intend to pay for and receive the selected products. In any case, please make sure that you can be reached at the e-mail address and telephone number provided after placing your order, as these will be used to inform you about the delivery and to clarify any questions/clarifications that may arise.

Finalising the order

If you agree with the contents of the order and accept the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, click on the "Place Order" button to submit your order - this will complete the order process and your order will be processed, during which we will notify you of the status of your order and delivery, if applicable, by sending several e-mails to the e-mail address you have provided. The order fulfillment (packaging, delivery to the courier service) will begin immediately after receipt of the payment in case of payment by bank transfer.

Change or cancel the order

An order that has already been sent can be modified or cancelled in writing by sending an e-mail to etightsinfo@gmail.com. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service by e-mail as soon as possible.  For customers, we will always send a confirmation of the modified order, where you can check the items of the modified order. Please note that in most cases, orders placed in the online store are processed (packaging, delivery to courier service) immediately after payment (on the same day or the next business day), so please notify us immediately of any modification or cancellation requests to ensure the possibility of a meaningful administration. If for any unforeseen reason the etights.eu webshop is unable to service the order, it will immediately notify the Customer of this using one of the contact details provided and will agree on the possibilities of a possible replacement product, refund or cancellation.

Returned parcel not received

Please note that if the ordered product is not accepted, it will be considered as a cancellation (in the absence of a specific indication or notification). This means that the return delivery charge (as is generally the case for cancellations) will be payable by the customer. If you do not pay the return delivery fee within 8 days, you will have to pay a gross penalty of EUR 15 on top of that. Please also note that we can enforce our claim by means of a simplified procedure for an order for payment (see https://fmh.mokk.hu/#x) and by using a debt collection agency. If the order is cancelled as a non-consumer (e.g. as a company or foundation, etc.), the customer is obliged to pay a 10% gross penalty (but at least EUR 15 net) of the total amount of the order (including delivery and payment fees) within 8 days of cancellation. If the customer fails to pay the penalty within 8 days, a penalty of EUR 15 gross shall be payable in addition. We also inform you that you can enforce your claim by means of a simplified procedure for an order for payment procedure (see https://fmh.mokk.hu/#x) and by using a claims management company.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As provided by law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. We would like to inform our Customers that a significant part of our products are Lingerie products (stockings and socks), which can only be returned in closed packaging, unopened, in a complete, quantitative and qualitative condition, for hygienic reasons, i.e. you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal after opening (testing) the products. To the Consumer in case of withdrawal:

Within 14 days of receipt of the product(s), you must notify your withdrawal to the online store by e-mail or, if this is not possible, by post, by sending the withdrawal notice that can be downloaded here, prepared in accordance with Annex 2 of the relevant Government Decree. The product(s) must be returned to eharisnya.hu within 14 days of the date of the notice of withdrawal, by the postal, parcel or courier service of the Consumer's choice. The product(s) do not have to arrive within this period, but the parcel must be "sent on its way". In all cases, the cost of returning the product(s) shall be borne by the Consumer. In case of withdrawal from etights.eu webshop:

  • Informs the Customer of the receipt of the withdrawal request and of the main developments in the administration of the case.
  • Refundthe price of the product(s) affected by the withdrawal and the associated delivery costs (not the return costs) to the Customer within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal - or immediately after the product has been returned. Please note that in all cases our webshop will exercise its right of retention until the product is returned, i.e. the price of the product(s) and the shipping costs will be retained until the product is returned to us.
  • The full price of the product(s) affected by the withdrawal will be refunded, unless the customer has exceeded the use necessary to test the product's characteristics during the trial. In this case, a depreciation will be charged.
  • The refund will be provided in the same form in which the purchase was made - unless the Buyer has previously agreed to receive a refund in a differentform.

Accessories and product warranty

Warranty claims can be made within two years of purchase. Within this period, in the case of a defect reported within 6 months of purchase, the onus is on the webshop to prove that it has not performed incorrectly.
If the product is of unsatisfactory quality or has a manufacturing defect, the Customer may lodge a complaint, which etights.eu webshop will always take a record (a copy of the record is the property of the Consumer) and investigate in detail. The online store will keep in mind and consider the method of compensation requested by the Customer when filing a complaint, which may be repair, replacement, or a price reduction or refund. The online store will make every effort to correct the defective performance within 15 days. The online store will not be able to meet impossible or disproportionate claims. The Customer may also assert his/her warranty rights in the case of the purchase of products on sale or in the case of a stock reduction - unless the reason for the price reduction is a specific product defect. In such a case, no claim may be made in relation to the defect indicated.
If it is proven that the defect is not of manufacturing origin or that the cause of the defect was not known at the time of purchase, the online shop shall be exempt from liability and reserves the right to require the Consumer to reimburse the costs incurred in the verification procedure in the event of a consumer complaint that proves to be unfounded and to claim reimbursement of the costs, including by legal action.

In all cases, complaint handling is free of charge. During the complaint handling, etights.eu webshop will act with due care and diligence and will endeavour to resolve the complaint as soon as possible.
In the case of a written complaint (sent by post or e-mail), the webshop will investigate the complaint upon receipt and will send a written reply to the Customer within 30 days of the complaint being submitted, in the same form as the request. The complaint will be investigated, rejected or remedied by the online store in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. In its reply letter, the online store shall state the outcome of the full investigation of the complaint, the measures taken to remedy the complaint and, in the event of rejection, the reasons for the rejection. The online store shall provide its information with clear and understandable reasons. The online store shall endeavour to provide a substantive response to all the Customer's objections in its reply. If the head office or place of business is not registered in the county of the chamber of conciliation which operates the territorially competent conciliation body, the obligation of cooperation of the business includes offering the possibility of a written settlement in accordance with the consumer's request. Annex 3 to Government Decree No 45/2014 (26.II.) on the model information leaflet on the warranty of accessories, product warranty and guarantee.

1. Accessories warranty

In which cases can you exercise your right to a warranty?
In the event of a defective performance by Elsilpes Kft, you can claim a warranty of conformity from the company in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.

What rights do you have under a warranty claim?
You may, at your choice, make the following claims: repair or replacement, unless the claim you choose is impossible or would involve disproportionate additional costs for the company compared to any other claim. If you did not or could not ask for the repair or replacement, you can request a proportionate reduction in the price or you can have the defect repaired or replaced at the company's expense or, as a last resort, withdraw from the contract. You can also transfer your right to a different warranty, but you will have to bear the cost of the transfer, unless it was justified or the business gave a reason for it.

What is the time limit for you to claim your warranty?
You must notify us of a defect as soon as you discover it, but no later than two months after the defect is discovered. However, you should be aware that you cannot claim for a defect after the two-year limitation period from the date of performance of the contract.

Who can you claim against?
You can claim against the business. What are the other conditions for enforcing your rights? Within six months from the date of delivery, you can assert your warranty claim on the goods, provided that you can prove that you bought the goods from etights.eu. However, after six months from the date of delivery, you will have to prove that the defect you have discovered existed at the time of delivery.

2. Product warranty

In which cases can you exercise your right to a product guarantee?
In the event of a defect in a movable item (product), you may, at your option, exercise your right under point 1 or make a product warranty claim.

What rights do you have under a product warranty claim?
As a product warranty claim, you can only ask for the defective product to be repaired or replaced.

In which cases is the product considered defective?
A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force when it was placed on the market or if it does not have the characteristics described by the manufacturer.

What is the deadline for you to claim under the product warranty?
You have two years from the date on which the product was placed on the market by the manufacturer to make a product warranty claim. After this period, you lose this right.

Against whom and under what other conditions can you enforce your product warranty claim?
You can only enforce your product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You have to prove that the product is defective in order to make a product warranty claim.

In which cases is the manufacturer (distributor) exempted from its product warranty obligation?
The manufacturer (distributor) is only exempted from its product warranty obligation if it can prove that:

- manufactured or marketed the product for purposes other than its business, or
- the defect was not detectable according to the state of science and technology at the time when it was placed on the market, or
- the defect in the product is due to the application of a law or a mandatory requirement imposed by a public authority.

The manufacturer (distributor) only needs to prove one ground for exemption. Please note that you cannot claim both a warranty for accessories and a product warranty for the same defect at the same time. However, if your product warranty claim is successful, you may pursue your accessories warranty claim against the manufacturer for the replaced product or repaired part.

3. Warranty

In which cases can you exercise your right to a warranty?
In case of defective performance, the distributor/service provider may be obliged to provide a guarantee.

What are your rights under the warranty and within what time limits? When is the business exempted from its warranty obligation? The company is only exempted from its guarantee obligation if it can prove that the cause of the defect arose after performance. Please note that you may not assert a warranty claim and a guarantee claim or a product warranty claim and a guarantee claim for the same defect at the same time, but that you are entitled to the rights arising from the guarantee irrespective of the rights set out in points 1 and 2.
